The service

Natal Calculator provides free astrology calculators - birth chart, Vedic/sidereal chart, compatibility (synastry), rising sign, and Moon sign - that compute astronomical and astrological positions from birth data you provide. Every calculator is free to use, requires no account, and runs its calculation in your own browser as described on the privacy policy. No cookie is set for any of this, as the cookie policy records.

Purpose and limits

This site is offered for reflection and entertainment. Nothing on it constitutes medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and no output from any calculator should be used as the basis for a decision in any of those areas. Astrology itself is not a scientifically validated predictive method; this site's technical accuracy claims (documented in full on the methodology page) describe the precision of the astronomical positions computed, not any claim that the astrological interpretation of those positions is empirically predictive.

Accuracy

Positions are computed using the published methods and sources listed on the methodology page, checked against independent references, and kept within the stated precision for the 1800-2050 date range this site accepts. Outside that guarantee - for example, if a birthplace's coordinates or time zone are entered incorrectly, or a birth time is itself uncertain - the resulting chart will be correspondingly inaccurate; this site cannot verify the correctness of information you provide.

Acceptable use

Use this site's calculators for their intended purpose: entering birth data (your own, or another person's with appropriate basis for doing so) to receive a calculated chart. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other users, or use it to build a competing service from its output at scale without permission.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design, and software are the property of Natal Calculator except where otherwise noted. No warranty

This site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While real effort goes into accuracy (see methodology), no guarantee is made that any calculation is free of error.

This page will be updated, and its "last reviewed" date changed, if these terms change.
