This site has no account system and no support ticket queue. Just a real inbox.
Write to [email protected] for any of the following: a factual or calculation error you have found, a bug in one of the calculators, a question about how a specific number was produced, feedback on the site generally, or a DMCA takedown notice (see the DMCA page for the specific process and information a takedown notice needs to include).
If you are reporting a calculation you believe is wrong, including the birth date, time, place, zodiac and house system you used, plus (where possible) what another source calculated for the same input, makes it far faster to track down.
What to put in a correction report
A report that names the exact input is one somebody can actually chase down; a report that says a result "looks wrong" usually cannot be. Give the birth date, the clock time, the birthplace, which zodiac (tropical or sidereal) and which house system produced the result, and, if you have it, what a different source returned for that same input. Naming the other source matters as much as the number: two tools can disagree legitimately because they use different house systems or a different ayanamsa, and knowing which one you compared against usually explains the gap in a sentence.
Worth checking before you write
A large share of reported errors turn out to be one of three known, documented behaviours rather than bugs. Houses that differ from another site are almost always a house-system difference, and the ascendant is identical in all five systems, so a different rising sign points at the input instead: a mistyped time, a missed daylight-saving correction, or the wrong city. A chart cast without a birth time deliberately leaves the houses, ascendant and midheaven blank rather than guessing at them. And inside the polar circles Placidus and Koch are mathematically undefined, so this site substitutes Porphyry and says so on the page. The methodology page sets out all three in full.
What happens next
This is a small site run by a person, not a support desk, so there is no ticket number and no guaranteed turnaround. A correction that is reproducible from the details you send gets fixed and the page's last-reviewed date changes with it. A DMCA notice follows the separate process on the DMCA page, which lists what a valid notice has to contain. An accessibility barrier is worth reporting even if it seems minor, and the accessibility statement records the conformance target being worked toward.
